Ian follows a fascinating trail of diverse challenges throughout his career: from social work to the creative fields of theater and photography, driven later by the academic rigor of an engineering degree in London and followed by 15 years of the most varied challenges and achievements in entrepreneurship in the fields of design, branding and corporate events in São Paulo.
He discovered his current purpose and passion for helping in the development of people when he was invited to be Head of the Department of Culture, Engagement and Diversity in the Subway of São Paulo.
Today, a member of the CHIE Integrators team, Ian supports and structures solutions, possibilities and a path of evolution and overcoming through communication and personal development for our clients thus influencing healthier relationships in companies and robust systems that are more adaptable to deal with the complexities of our present world.
Del Mar Gonzalez Franco
A psychology graduate from Guarulhos University and director of the Evoluir Institute which has as its core concepts the unconditional acceptance of a Humanist Approach and the expansion of awareness using Integral theory.
She has been conducting Group Therapy sessions since 1991 and, more recently, has developed education projects at the Evoluir Institute such as courses, workshops and lectures. Del Mar is certified in Spiral Dynamics in Action, by the Global Values Network and led by Alan Tonkin, as well as trained in Family Constellations and Systemic Solutions with Mimansa Eryca Farny, Bert Hellinger and Marianne Franke-Gricksch; She has received training in Organizational Constellation; Intensive Leadership Ego Development with Susanne Cook-Greuter and Beena Sharma. Additionally, she is engaged in voluntary social work for communities in São Paulo city.
At Chie, she applies her vast knowledge and experience, especially those stemming from the organizational Constellation and integral approach, to the transformation and development of organizations.
Mari del Mar Turato
Mari has worked in several organizations focused on human development and education. In the last 10 years he has lived in countries such as Spain, India, England and Portugal focusing on initiatives related to social and environmental transformation.
She contributed to the creation of WasteLess, a social enterprise that promotes development through waste. She completed her Masters in Economics for Transition at Schumacher College in 2013 and since then has been directly linked to the activities promoted by this network in Brazil, which she helped found.
At CHIE, she works with organizations such as Toca Farm, Eileen Fisher and others, contributing to the experience of rooting a more relational and lively way of working.
Born and raised in São Paulo with a law degree from São Judas Tadeu University and member of the OAB / SP since 2002.
Dani is passionate about the law, and her experience is in civil litigation and business consulting.
She is currently in charge of CHIE’s legal department and advises the management team.
